Should an Employee be required to teach during the intersessional period, the instructional load of the Employee shall be reduced by an amount corresponding to the intersessional period instructional load and this shall be done in one of the two semesters following such intersessional period of teaching. Should the instructional load of such an Employee not be capable of reduction, the Employee shall be paid for such intersessional period of teaching at the applicable contract appointment rate in effect at the time of such intersessional period of teaching.

Should the workload of such instructor be not capable of reduction, the instructor shall be paid for such intersessional period of teaching at the applicable part-time rate in effect at the time of such intersessional period of teaching.

  • Union Activity During Working Hours Solicitation of Union membership or collection or checking of dues will not be conducted during working time. The Company agrees not to discriminate in any way against any employee for Union activity, but such activity shall not be carried on during working time, except as specifically allowed by the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation for Actions During Emergency Condition The CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff for its provision of real and reactive power and other Emergency Condition services that the Interconnection Customer provides to support the CAISO Controlled Grid during an Emergency Condition in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Rejection During Probation ‌ (a) The Employer may reject any probationary employee for just cause. A rejection during probation shall not be considered a dismissal for the purpose of Clause 10.

  • Refund During Cooling-Off Period The PEI will provide the Student with a cooling-off period of seven (7) working days after the date that the Contract has been signed by both parties. The Student will be refunded the highest percentage (stated in Schedule D) of the fees already paid if the Student submits a written notice of withdrawal to the PEI within the cooling-off period, regardless of whether the Student has started the course or not.

  • Cooling Off Period You may terminate this Contract with immediate effect at any time within the period of 14 days after the date this Contract is entered into without incurring any liability to DFMC.
