Common use of Overtime Allocation Clause in Contracts

Overtime Allocation. All overtime work shall be offered in seniority order to the appropriately classified Employees in the reporting Lodge. For clarity, it is understood that all overtime call in shifts shall be awarded based on seniority in the classification. Employees shall provide one (1) phone number to their supervisor for any call out overtime purposes. In the event that an Employee does not wish to be called for additional shifts they shall advise their immediate Supervisor in writing.
