Overtime Compensation (method of compensation. (a) Employees shall have the option of being compensated for overtime in cash or compensatory time off. (b) If the employee elects to take compensatory time off, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort to schedule such time off by mutual agreement within sixty (60) days from it being earned. (c) If mutual agreement on the scheduling of compensatory time off cannot be reached, the employee may elect, at anytime after the sixty (60) days, to receive payment for such unscheduled compensatory time off. (d) Where the employee opts for payment in cash, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort to make payment by the end of month following the month in which (1) the overtime was worked and/or (2) cash payment was elected as provided for in Clause 16.13(c) of this Agreement.
