Overtime Meal Guidelines. (a) The Company will furnish a hot meal to employees required to work more than two hours beyond their regular leaving time. (b) If an employee is called in with less than four (4) hours notice, there will be hot meals supplied after the first two (2) hours of work and for every four (4) hours thereafter. (c) If an employee is entitled to a meal and chooses not to order, they shall receive a $11.00 meal allowance for each meal entitlement.

The maximum number of meals per shift shall be two. (d) In the above cases where the Company is obliged to provide a meal, employees have the option of choosing a meal provided from an approved list or taking a meal voucher for use at approved food establishments. (e) Where bargaining unit employees are responsible for the scheduling of approved overtime, all such overtime must be scheduled as soon as it is approved.
