Overtime Scheduling Guidelines. In the event there are insufficient employees available for scheduled work on continuous shift operations, the Company shall offer overtime to qualified employees as outlined below, in accordance with Schedule “L”. 1. employees on continuous shift operations, not scheduled to work, in the same position, by shift 2. all other employees on continuous shift operations, not scheduled to work 3. Employees who work their regularly scheduled work days on a weekly basis – defined as Sunday through Saturday – shall be paid at time and one half (1.5 x hourly rate) for all hours worked outside of the employee’s regularly scheduled work days. Should an employee not work a regular scheduled work day, the employee will not be disqualified from receiving time and one-half pay (1.5 x hourly rate) provided the employee used paid leave or produces a doctor’s note to cover the absence. SCHEDULE “P” TRAINING AND EDUCATION FUND 1. The Company shall forward to the UFCW, Local 175 Training and Education Fund within sixty (60) days of ratification the sum of $2500.
