Common use of Owner Operator Contract Clause in Contracts

Owner Operator Contract. It is understood that every Owner Operator engaged by the Company shall enter into an Owner Operator Contract for Retention of Services marked as Appendix “A”.

Owner Operator Contract. It is understood that every Owner Operator engaged by the Company shall company as a condition of his/her engagement is obliged to enter into an Owner Operator Contract for Retention of Services annexed hereto and marked as Appendix “"A”" (the terms of which may be varied as otherwise permitted or required pursuant to the terms of this Collective Agreement and all amendments thereto). The Company agrees not to enter into any individual Owner Operator Agreement or contract with members of the bargaining unit, either individually or collectively, which conflicts with the terms and provisions of this Collective Agreement.
