Common use of OWNER REPRESENTATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Clause in Contracts

OWNER REPRESENTATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. OWNER REPRESENTATION: Owner represents that (i) Owner has the legal authority to lease the Property; (ii) no other real estate broker represents Owner in connection with the Property; (iii) there is no pending or anticipated sale, exchange, transfer, foreclosure, bankruptcy or other proceeding that could affect the ability to lease the Property. Owner shall immediately notify Broker of any changes in these representations.
