Ownership of Acquired Property. Except to the extent that a specific provision of this Contract states to the contrary, and as provided in Section 9.B above, the Authority shall own all intellectual and other property acquired or developed under this Contract and all equipment purchased by the Engineer or its subconsultants under this Contract. All intellectual property and equipment owned by the Authority shall be delivered to the Authority when the Contract or applicable Work Authorization terminates, or when it is no longer needed for work performed under this Contract, whichever occurs first. In the event that a capital item is purchased for the sole use of the Authority, title shall pass or transfer to the Authority prior to any use of the item by the Engineer. ARTICLE 12 SUBCONTRACTING
