Ownership of Customer Data. As between PeopleGuru and Customer, Customer owns its Customer Data. 4.5 Customer Feedback. PeopleGuru shall have a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable; sub-licensable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use or incorporate into the Service any Customer Feedback. PeopleGuru shall have no obligation to adopt Customer Feedback into the Service. Customer shall have no obligation to provide Customer Feedback.
