Ownership of Feedback. We welcome feedback, comments and suggestions for improvements to the Services (“Feedback”). You acknowledge and expressly agree that any contribution of Feedback does not and will not give or grant you any right, title or interest in the Services or in any such Feedback. All Feedback becomes the sole and exclusive property of the Company, and the Company may use and disclose Feedback in any manner and for any purpose whatsoever without further notice or compensation to you and without retention by you of any proprietary or other right or claim. You hereby assign to the Company any and all right, title and interest (including, but not limited to, any patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark, show-how, know-how, moral rights and any and all other intellectual property right) that you may have in and to any and all Feedback.
Ownership of Feedback. You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property and other rights in and to any suggestion, enhancement request, recommendation, correction or other feedback provided by You or Users relating to the operation of the SOFTWARE (collectively “Feedback”) belong entirely and solely to Us, whether or not We incorporate any such Feedback into the SOFTWARE.
Ownership of Feedback. You agree that any suggestion or idea provided by you (such suggestions or ideas, “Feedback”) will not be treated as confidential, and nothing in these Terms of Use will restrict our right to use, profit from, disclose, publish or otherwise exploit any Feedback, without compensation to you. You grant to us a worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, translate, distribute, perform, display, import, sell, offer for sale, make, have made and otherwise exploit the Feedback in any form, media, or technology, whether now known or later developed, and to allow others to do the same. This is true whether you provide the Feedback on the Website or through any other method of communication with us, unless we have entered into a separate agreement with you that provides otherwise.

Ownership of Feedback. The Customer acknowledges that any intellectual property rights related to the Services or Documentation that arise from the Customer’s, its Affiliates’ (where applicable), or Authorized Users’ requests, suggestions, or ideas (Feedback) will vest in the Provider. The Customer grants the Provider a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such Feedback into its products or services in any manner the Provider deems appropriate. If the Feedback includes the Customer's Confidential Information, the Provider does not own that information and will handle it in accordance with the Confidentiality Section in this Agreement.

  • Ownership of Content 4.1 All materials including paper based resources, and all materials displayed on the Site and the Apps, including without limitation all information, text, materials, graphics, software, tools, results derived from the use of software and tools, advertisements, names, logos and trade marks on the paper based version, the Site and the Apps (Content) are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws unless otherwise indicated. 4.2 Copyright in the Site (including text, graphics, logos, icons, sounds recordings, computer code and software) and the Content is owned or licensed by Maths Circle Ltd (Company Number 09861676). Except as expressly authorised by these General Conditions, or by legislation or statute, Users must not in any form or by any means: 4.2.1 adapt, copy, reproduce, store, distribute, print, display, perform, publish or create derivative works from any part of the Content; or 4.2.2 commercialise any information, products, or services obtained from any part of the Content. 4.3 Users must not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, frame, download onto a computer, upload to a third party, post, transmit, share or distribute this Content in any way except as expressly provided for in these General Conditions or with our express prior written consent. 4.4 Users must not use the Content for commercial purposes without first obtaining our prior written consent.

  • Ownership of Material Copyright in the pages and in the screens displaying the pages, and in the information and material therein and in their arrangement, is owned by Profinium and/or its Service Providers unless otherwise indicated. All registered and unregistered trademarks used in the Service are the sole property of their respective owners. Unauthorized reproduction in whole or part is prohibited.

  • Ownership of Materials All reports, documents or other materials developed or received by Consultant or any other person engaged directly by Consultant to perform the services required hereunder shall be and remain the property of City without restriction or limitation upon their use.

  • Ownership of Results Any interest of Contractor or its subcontractors, in the Deliverables, including any drawings, plans, specifications, blueprints, studies, reports, memoranda, computation sheets, computer files and media or other documents prepared by Contractor or its subcontractors for the purposes of this Agreement, shall become the property of and will be transmitted to City. However, unless expressly prohibited elsewhere in this Agreement, Contractor may retain and use copies for reference and as documentation of its experience and capabilities.

  • Ownership of Rights 6. 1. Licensed Material remains the property of either Licensor or the relevant third party and any rights not explicitly granted herein are expressly reserved.
