Ownership of Feedback. We welcome feedback, comments and suggestions for improvements to the Services (“Feedback”). You acknowledge and expressly agree that any contribution of Feedback does not and will not give or grant you any right, title or interest in the Services or in any such Feedback. All Feedback becomes the sole and exclusive property of the Company, and the Company may use and disclose Feedback in any manner and for any purpose whatsoever without further notice or compensation to you and without retention by you of any proprietary or other right or claim. You hereby assign to the Company any and all right, title and interest (including, but not limited to, any patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark, show-how, know-how, moral rights and any and all other intellectual property right) that you may have in and to any and all Feedback.

  • Ownership of Content 4.1 All materials including paper based resources, and all materials displayed on the Site and the Apps, including without limitation all information, text, materials, graphics, software, tools, results derived from the use of software and tools, advertisements, names, logos and trade marks on the paper based version, the Site and the Apps (Content) are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws unless otherwise indicated. 4.2 Copyright in the Site (including text, graphics, logos, icons, sounds recordings, computer code and software) and the Content is owned or licensed by Maths Circle Ltd (Company Number 09861676).   • Ownership of Material Copyright in the pages and in the screens displaying the pages, and in the information and material therein and in their arrangement, is owned by Profinium and/or its Service Providers unless otherwise indicated.   • Ownership of Results Any interest of Contractor or its subcontractors, in the Deliverables, including any drawings, plans, specifications, blueprints, studies, reports, memoranda, computation sheets, computer files and media or other documents prepared by Contractor or its subcontractors for the purposes of this Agreement, shall become the property of and will be transmitted to City. However, unless expressly prohibited elsewhere in this Agreement, Contractor may retain and use copies for reference and as documentation of its experience and capabilities.

  • Ownership of Rights 6. 1. Licensed Material remains the property of either Licensor or the relevant third party and any rights not explicitly granted herein are expressly reserved.
