Common use of Ownership of Information and Data Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Information and Data. The State of Nebraska shall have the unlimited right to publish, duplicate, use, and disclose all information and data developed or derived by the contractor pursuant to this contract, subject to the confidentiality rights of clients receiving problem gambling treatment services.
