Common use of Ownership of Results and Data Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Results and Data. All data and results arising from the Parties’ activities under the License Agreement, including clinical and regulatory data and information generated for regulatory purposes relating to the MPAG Compounds or Products shall be jointly owned by the Parties. At least once per Calendar Quarter, each Party shall disclose to the other Party all such data and results arising from the Parties’ activities under the License Agreement which have not previously been disclosed to the other Party.
