Common use of Ownership of Your Data Clause in Contracts

You and Your Users retain all right, title, and interest in and to all copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, intellectual property and other proprietary rights in and to Your Data. SolarWinds’ right to access and use the same are limited to those expressly granted in this Agreement. No other rights with respect to Your Data are implied.
