Your Data. Unless Juniper otherwise agrees in a signed writing, You shall not disclose or provide Juniper access to any personally-identifiable information, whether in data or any other form. You shall be solely responsible for all consequences of any such disclosure or grant of access.
Your Data. Subject to the limited rights granted by You hereunder, We acquire no right, title or interest from You or Your licensors under this Agreement in or to Your Data, including any intellectual property rights therein.

Digital Samba may also access your account or instance in order to respond to your support requests.
Your Data. You agree that We may only use data collected, extracted or received through Your use of the Services (“Your Data”) in an anonymized and aggregated manner (without specifically identifying You, Your users or Your location(s)) for the sole purpose of reporting LiveSafe Services metrics, training and education about the LiveSafe Services, and improving the LiveSafe Services (except as may be required by law, court order, or as needed to provide the Services to You). Your Data shall not include any information collected, extracted, or received in response to the WorkSafe Integrated Health Survey. Within thirty (30) business days following Your written request, and not more than four (4) times per year or upon termination of this Agreement, We will provide to You a backup copy of Your Data in Our possession.
Your Data. N-able and its Affiliates may remove Your Data or any other data, information, or content of data or files used, stored, processed or otherwise by You or Your Users that N-able, in its sole discretion, believes to be or is: (a) a Virus; (b) illegal, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, pornographic, or obscene; (c) used for the purpose of spamming, chain letters, or dissemination of objectionable material; (d) used to cause offense, defame or harass; (e) in violation of this Agreement in any way; or (f) infringing the intellectual property rights or any other rights of any third party.
Your Data. You represent and warrant to us that: (i) you have all rights in your data necessary to grant the rights contemplated by this Agreement; and (ii) none of your data violates this Agreement, any applicable law or any third party’s intellectual property or other right.
Your Data. For the duration of the Term, you grant us an irrevocable, non-exclusive, free, sub- licensable licence to copy, reproduce or Exploit any Intellectual Property Rights which subsist in your Data, provided only that such Exploitation of your Intellectual Property Rights is used for the purpose of displaying, extracting or producing a hard copy of the Data through our Software to any User requesting such Data, and for making back-up copies your Data.
Your Data. You ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sublicensable, transferable, and royalty-free right to use, store, copy, and transmit (i) the data you submit to the Service, including passwords, Account Information, and Registration Information; and (ii) the data and information gathered and collected by JH through the Service about you, your device, system and application software, and peripherals, to provide the Service, facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, product enhancements, and other services (if any) related to the Service. JH may use this information, if it is anonymized, to enhance its offerings, improve its products, or develop new or additional services or technologies.
Your Data. SolarWinds and its Affiliates may remove Your Data or any other data, information, or content of data or files used, stored, processed or otherwise by You or Your Users that SolarWinds, in its sole discretion, believes to be or is: (a) a Virus; (b) illegal, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, pornographic, or obscene; (c) used for the purpose of spamming, chain letters, or dissemination of objectionable material; (d) used to cause offense, defame or harass or otherwise in a way not intended for appropriate use of the Service; or (e) infringing the intellectual property rights or any other rights of any third party. You agree that You and Your Users are responsible for determining the backup configuration and capabilities which may vary per products, and SolarWinds Worldwide is not responsible for backing up data beyond the capabilities of the particular Service.
