Ownership Statement. If this SOW is ever deemed by a court of competent jurisdiction to be a lease intended for security, Customer hereby grants HP a purchase money security interest in the HP-provided Devices. Customer represents to HP that the Customer information provided in the signature block is accurate and will promptly notify HP in writing if any changes occurs thereto.
