Common use of P ayment Options Clause in Contracts

P ayment Options. For each NHL season, the Kings will determine the annual fee associated with your season ticket(s) and parking if elected by you (the “License Fee”). The total amount of this License Fee will be provided to you in an annual invoice. You may pay the License Fee in one of four ways (percentages are rounded): A. Pay in Full (“Option 1”): pay the entire License Fee on or before March 20, 2020 for the first NHL season under this Agreement, and then on or before March 20th for later NHL seasons. B. Three Payments (“Option 2”): pay 5% of the License Fee on or before March 20, 2020 for the first NHL season under this Agreement, and then on or before March 20th for later NHL seasons . Pay 47.5% of the License Fee on or before June 20th each NHL Season, and pay the remaining 47.5% on or before August 20 each NHL Season. C. Five Payments (“Option 3”): pay 5% of the License Fee on or before March 20, 2020 for the first NHL season under this Agreement, and then on or before March 20th for later NHL seasons.
