P R E S E N T. As stated in article 44, paragraph 2, of the General Law for Electoral Institutions and Procedures, as well as in the Agreement INE/CG270/2020, issued on September 4, 2020, with which the General Council of the National Electoral Institute establishes the bases and criteria to regulate the presence of foreign visitors, and in the Public Notice for that purpose by the same General Council, I apply for accreditation as Foreign Visitor, for I am interested in know and attend of the 2020-2021 Mexican federal and concurrent local electoral processes in Mexico. I am enclosing a copy of the main page of my passport and a clear, current 3 x 2.5 cm photograph, and submit the following data*:
