Common use of P/T Clause in Contracts

P/T. Employees shall be granted leave from work without loss of normal earnings up to a maximum of three (3) consecutive days at the time of death of a parent, step-parent, spouse, brother, sister, child, step-child, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandparent or grandchild, current ▇▇▇▇, legal guardian, and same sex partner.
