Common use of Packaging and Handling Clause in Contracts

Packaging and Handling. The Mart Registrar will select the type of packaging for the items on loan. The unpacking, re-packing and moving of items must be carried out exclusively by qualified personnel of the Applicant. In the event that such is carried out by a specialised company, this must be approved by the Registrar of Mart and take place under the constant supervision of the Applicant's staff. The Applicant must keep the original packaging and use it to repack the items in the same manner in which they were sent by Mart.
