Common use of Packaging and Labelling Clause in Contracts

Packaging and Labelling. 25.1. The Supplier must ensure that all packaging is of adequate size and of suitable quality to prevent damage to the Goods. The Goods must be packed in a proper manner. 25.2. The Goods must be accompanied by a delivery note stating: 25.2.1. the name of the contents; 25.2.2. the net, gross and tare weights; and 25.2.3. appropriate Contract and Order references. 25.3. All containers of fragile or hazardous Goods must bear prominent and adequate warnings. 25.4. It is agreed that packaging materials are not to be returned to the Supplier.
