Common use of Packaging and Shipment Clause in Contracts

Packaging and Shipment. Seller's products will be packaged in accordance with standard commercial practices for domestic shipment. Shipping charges will be paid by Buyer. In the absence of specific instructions, Seller will select the carrier. Buyer acknowledges that it is responsible for all acts and omissions of the carrier, and that Buyer shall be deemed to have designated the carrier even if Seller has made arrangements on Buyer's behalf with the carrier.
