Page Format. To meet the page limits requirement listed above, all text shall be in an Arial font that is a minimum of 11 points in size, single-spaced, and printed single-sided (except financial statements may be printed double-sided, and 10 point Arial font is acceptable for graphics, organization charts, tables and footnotes). Each page shall be numbered consecutively within each volume (i.e., Volume I, Page I of 2…; Volume II, Page 2 of 2… etc.), and the page numbers shall be centered at the bottom of each page. Margins shall be not less than one inch at the top, bottom, and sides of all pages, except for headers and footers.

The font size used shall be no less than 10 point except the IMS, WBS, MPS, tables, captions, graphics and Pricing volume submissions may be 8 point font and 0.5” margins. f) Margins on all four edges of each sheet will be at least one inch. g) Proprietary statements, security markings, and page numbers can fall within the defined margin area. h) The following items MUST have page numbers: Volume II Factors 1-3 consecutively from start to finish with the exception of "other required information" in Factor 3 (excluded from page limit). Start with Factor 1 and go through Factor 3 with a single numbering sequence. i) These page format restrictions shall apply to responses to Evaluation Notices (ENs).

  • Invoice Format Invoices furnished by Contractor under this Agreement must be in a form acceptable to the Controller and City, and must include a unique invoice number. Payment shall be made by City as specified in 3.3.6 or in such alternate manner as the Parties have mutually agreed upon in writing.

  • Notice of Enrollment Notice shall include a list of new employees represented by the Union scheduled to attend the NEO. If practical, the City agrees to provide additional identifying information including, but not limited to, classification and department. Six months from enactment, in the event the City is unable to provide classification and department information in the Notice of Enrollment, the Union can reopen this Agreement for the sole purpose of meeting and conferring over the identifying information provided in this Section II.C.3
