  • Printing Agreement 4.06.1 The Employer shall prepare the final form of this agreement for approval of the Parties prior to printing. The Employer shall assume responsibility for printing, and distributing to all bargaining unit members and the Union sufficient copies of the agreed upon final form of this agreement. The Parties agree to share equally the costs of printing the agreement. The Employer is also responsible for ensuring that members with visual impairments have access to the collective agreement in an appropriate and accessible format. 4.06.2 The Union shall be responsible for translating the collective agreement into French and printing sufficient copies of the translated agreement for its bilingual and Francophone members and the employer. The Employer agrees to bear one-half the cost of translating the agreement to a maximum of $5000. The Employer also agrees to bear one-half the cost of printing and distributing 100 copies of the translated agreement.   • Fingerprinting For purposes of this Agreement and because the District will provide a qualified employee for the supervision of District's students at all times that Consultant is present and performing services at an active school site, Consultant shall be relieved of the requirements to provide a criminal background check pursuant to California Education Code 45125.1.

  • Printing If this Agreement involves the duplication of more than 5,000 copies of a single page or more than 25,000 copies of multiple pages, this Agreement incorporates by reference DEAR 970.5208-1 Printing (Dec 2000).

  • Printing and Distribution The School District will, at its own expense, print sufficient copies of this Agreement for present and new employees.

  • Felling and Bucking Felling shall be done to minimize breakage of Included Timber and dam- age to residual timber. Unless agreed otherwise, felling shall be done by saws or shears. Bucking shall be done to permit removal of all minimum pieces set forth in A2. B6.411 Felling in Clearings. Insofar as ground conditions, tree lean, and shape of clearings per- mit, trees shall be felled so that their tops do not extend outside Clearcutting Units, construction clearings, and ar- eas of regeneration cutting. Stumps shall not exceed, on the side adjacent to the highest ground, the maximum heights set forth in A6, except that occasional stumps of greater heights are acceptable when Purchaser determines that they are necessary for safe and efficient conduct of logging. Unless otherwise agreed, Purchaser shall re-cut high stumps so they will not exceed heights specified in A6 and shall dispose of severed portions in the same manner as other logging debris. The ▇▇▇▇▇ heights shown in A6 were selected with the objective of maximum reasonable utilization of the timber, unless Sale Area Map shows special areas where ▇▇▇▇▇ heights are lower for aesthetic, land treatment, or silvicultural rea- sons.
