Common use of Pagers Clause in Contracts

Pagers. Any employee required to carry a pager shall be paid a premium of three (3) hours at one and one half (1 ½ x) times their regular hourly rate. In addition, when the employee is called in to work, they will receive a minimum call-in of four (4) hours for any work required in the Plant unless the hours worked exceeds four (4), in which case they will be paid for the hours worked.
