Common use of Paid Leave Program Clause in Contracts

Paid Leave Program. 41.1 The Paid Leave program for regular, full-time employees in classifications listed in Appendix ”A” shall be administered in accordance with the following provisions: 41.1.1 Employees shall accrue Paid Leave time as follows: 41.1.1.1 For the first four (4) years of continuous, full-time service employees shall accrue Paid Leave at the rate of ten (10) hours for each complete biweekly pay period plus two (2) hours paid leave at the close of the final complete biweekly pay period of each fiscal year (262 hours per year). The maximum amount of Paid Leave that may be accrued shall be twice the annual accrual. 41.1.1.2 Upon completion of four (4) years of continuous, full-time service, employees shall accrue Paid Leave at the rate of eleven (11) hours for each complete biweekly pay period plus two (2) hours paid leave at the close of the final complete biweekly pay period of each fiscal year (288 hours per year).
