Employees not provided any premium contributions under section 1 above, will receive premium contributions in accordance with the following schedule: Four (4) or more hours per day will receive fifty (50) percent of the single subscriber rate per month. Drivers with less than four (4) hours per day will receive twenty‐five (25) percent of the single subscriber rate per month.
