Common use of PAPER INSERTS Clause in Contracts

PAPER INSERTS. NetRadio shall pay a fee of $0.05 per paper insert packed by Navarre at the request of NetRadio in Product shipped under this Agreement. NetRadio shall supply the required paper inserts at no cost to Navarre. All paper inserts must be lightweight, paper-based, promotional items the same size or smaller than a standard single CD, or pre-folded to such size.
