Parameters/Additional Employment. 1. Employment shall be posted and limited to current Association members except in those situations where: a. There exists no certified Association applicant. b. The applicant’s current job assignment evaluation is less than satisfactory. c. The applicant’s previous supplemental employment has been deemed to be unsatisfactory.
