Parking and Loading. Lessee shall design, construct, operate and maintain a parking lot, to include a total of 136 parking stalls and 1 loading space. Nine (9) of the parking stalls shall be reserved for persons with disabilities in compliance with Public Accommodations Laws. Use of the parking stalls and loading space shall be restricted to residents, visitors, and other approved guests. Lessee shall not charge residents and their guests for such use without the prior review and written approval of the Lessor, which Lessor may withhold in its reasonable discretion. Public parking shall not be allowed, with or without charge, without prior review and written approval of Lessor, which Lessor may withhold in its sole and absolute discretion.
