Keys and Locks. Landlord will furnish Tenant, free of charge, two keys to each door or lock in the Premises. Landlord may make a reasonable charge for any additional or replacement keys. Tenant will not duplicate any keys, alter any locks or install any new or additional lock or bolt on any door of its Premises or on any other part of the Building without the prior written consent of Landlord and, in any event, Tenant will provide Landlord with a key for any such lock. Tenant currently possesses keys and/or access cards, as applicable, for each lockset on doors entering the Leased Premises from public areas for use by its current employees maintaining offices in the Leased Premises. Upon termination of this Lease, Tenant shall surrender to Landlord all keys and/or access cards to any locks on doors entering or within the Leased Premises, and shall provide Landlord with the combination of all locks for safes, safe cabinets and vault doors, if any, within the Leased Premises; provided that if Tenant terminates this Lease with respect to less than all of the Leased Premises at a Property and, at the time of such termination, the Leased Premises was served by an access control or other security system installed by Tenant in lieu of or in addition to the access control or security systems serving the Building generally, Tenant shall have no obligation to cause the terminated portion of the Leased Premises to continue to be served by any such supplemental access control or security systems.
