Rate Sheet. SONIFI shall pay Contractor for completed Services in accordance with the fees, costs and charges set forth in a SOW, or if not specified in the applicable SOW, in accordance with the SONIFI Rate Sheet in effect at the time the PO is executed. SONIFI shall provide Contractor with the current Rate Sheet within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date. SONIFI may update such Rate Sheet in its discretion from time to time by providing Contractor with such updated Rate Sheet.
Rate Sheet. Except as otherwise described herein, the rates for GTE’s collocation services provided pursuant to this Agreement are set forth in Appendix G attached hereto. The rates identified in this attachment may be superseded by rates contained in future final, binding and non-appealable regulatory orders or as otherwise required by legal requirements (the “final rates”). In particular, GTE may elect to file a state tariff which shall contain final rates that supersede the rates in said attachment. To the extent that the final rates, or the terms and conditions for application of the final rates, are different than the rates in Appendix G, the final rates will be applied retroactively to the effective date of this Agreement. The Parties will true up any resulting over or under billing.
Rate Sheet. The rates, charges, and maximum amounts applicable to this Agreement are set forth in Exhibit A titled “Minimum Premium Accounting Agreement Rate Sheet,” which may be modified from time to time with the mutual consent of the parties and which is hereby incorporated by reference into and made a part of this Agreement.
Rate Sheet. If Representative’s participation is authorized by the Company in writing, then the Company shall provide to Representative the rate of the Services to customers.

Rate Sheet. (a) The Rate Sheet shall continue to be tiered and will be structured to achieve the objectives set out in Section 3.1 such that, from September 1, 2015:
(i) There shall be separate rate categories for packaged and draught beer, and the relative difference between the two categories shall be consistent with past practice.
(ii) For each of packaged and draught Beer, the following rates shall be established per hectolitre of Beer sold through the Corporation:

Rate Sheet. The parties agree to meet and research cost containment options regarding health and welfare benefits, including co-pays annually prior to the effective date. Self-Insured Schools of California (SISC) provides an additional medical plan option for out of service area medical coverage. Check with Fiscal Services if you have questions about the service area. Rates are variable.
Rate Sheet. The rates applicable to services provided in accordance with this Agreement appear on the Rate Sheet that is attached to this Agreement. The Buyer may purchase only those services included on the Rate Sheet. In the event that the Provider elects to offer a service that is not included on the Rate Sheet, the Provider will submit to the CPMT a request to add the service. Approval from the CPMT shall be secured prior to the offering of the service. Failure to obtain such approval will result in non-payment for such services.
