Master Key Sample Clauses

The 'Master Key' clause defines the rights and responsibilities regarding the control and use of a master key for a property or premises. Typically, this clause specifies who is authorized to hold or access the master key, under what circumstances it may be used (such as for maintenance, emergencies, or inspections), and any requirements for notification or consent. Its core practical function is to ensure security and access control while balancing the needs of property management and tenant privacy.
