Common use of Parking and Loading Clause in Contracts

Parking and Loading. Tenant and its employees shall park their cars and other motorized and non-motorized vehicles in areas as designated by Landlord from time to time. Tenant shall also furnish the state automobile license numbers assigned to its vehicles and those of all its employees and the name and home addresses of such employees within five (5) days after written notice from Landlord. Following at least one (1) prior written notice of violation, Tenant shall pay Landlord, when billed, a fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00) per day per vehicle parked in violation of this Section.
