Common use of Parks and Recreation Department Clause in Contracts

Parks and Recreation Department. i) The regular hours of work for employees shall be eight (8) hours per day inclusive of a thirty-minute lunch period. ii) The Corporation agrees to post a schedule of work for employees at least two (2) weeks in advance. It is agreed that such schedule may be varied in cases of emergency. It is further agreed that employees will be given two (2) consecutive days off in a given work week of seven (7) days, except in an emergency.
