Common use of Part-Time Work Agreement Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Work Agreement. (i) Before commencing a period of part-time employment under this sub-clause the employee and the Council shall agree: • That the employee may work part-time; • Upon the hours to be worked by the employee, the days upon which they will be worked and commencing times for the work; • Upon the classification applying to the work to be performed; and • Upon the period of part-time employment. (ii) The terms of this Agreement may be varied by consent. (iii) The terms of this Agreement or any variation to it shall be recorded in writing and retained by the employer. A copy of the Agreement and any variation to it shall be provided to the employee by the Council. (iv) The terms of this Agreement shall apply to the part-time employment.

(iiiC) The terms of this Agreement agreement or any variation to it shall be recorded in reduced to writing and retained by the employer. A copy of the Agreement agreement and any variation to it shall be provided to the employee by the Councilemployer. (ivD) The terms of this Agreement agreement shall apply to the part-time employment.
