Common use of Part-Timers Clause in Contracts

Part-Timers. Each part-time employee shall be scheduled to work, at least, twenty-four (24) straight-time hours per week unless the employee has waived this requirement by signing a written waiver. Waivers may be revoked by the employee on two (2) weeks written notice. In the event an employee signs a waiver under this provision, the Union shall be provided with a copy within one (1) week of the waiver becoming effective.
