Weekends Clause Samples

The 'Weekends' clause defines how weekends are treated within the context of the agreement, typically specifying whether certain obligations, deadlines, or time periods are affected by weekends. For example, it may state that if a deadline falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the due date is automatically extended to the next business day, or clarify that services are not required to be performed on weekends. This clause ensures clarity and prevents disputes by explicitly addressing how weekends impact contractual timelines and responsibilities.
