PARTIAL AVAILABILITY Sample Clauses

The Partial Availability clause defines the terms under which a service or product is considered partially available rather than fully operational. It typically outlines thresholds or criteria for what constitutes partial availability, such as reduced functionality, limited access, or degraded performance, and may specify how service credits, remedies, or obligations are adjusted in such cases. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of their rights and responsibilities when the service is not completely down but is not fully functional, thereby allocating risk and clarifying expectations in situations of partial service disruption.
