Partial License Clause Samples

A Partial License clause grants the licensee rights to use only specific portions or aspects of the licensed material, rather than the entire work. This clause typically outlines which parts of the intellectual property are covered, such as certain features, territories, or time periods, and may exclude other elements from use. By clearly defining the scope of what is licensed, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that both parties are aware of the exact rights being transferred, thereby reducing the risk of unauthorized use or disputes.
