Common use of Partial Occupancy Clause in Contracts

Partial Occupancy. 20.1.1 Owner reserves the right to enter and install equipment within each portion of the Project as it is ready to receive same, upon the condition that ▇▇▇▇ shall not be responsible for equipment so placed other than loss or damage caused by the acts or omissions of ▇▇▇▇ or those in ▇▇▇▇'▇ employ. Such partial occupancy by Owner shall not constitute acceptance of the Project or of work not completed in accordance with the Contract Documents, nor shall it in any way relieve ▇▇▇▇ from correcting defective workmanship or materials in the area where Owner has installed equipment. 20.1.2 Owner reserves the right to take possession of or use all or part of any work prior to completion and final acceptance of all the work.
