  • Participant Acknowledgment The Participant hereby acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Plan. The Participant hereby acknowledges that all decisions, determinations and interpretations of the Committee in respect of the Plan, this Agreement and the Restricted Stock shall be final and conclusive.

  • Plan Document Acknowledgement By accepting the RSUs, the Participant acknowledges that he or she has received a copy of the Plan and the Agreement, including this Appendix, which the Participant has reviewed.   • Risk Acknowledgement The Sub-Adviser makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that any level of performance or investment results will be achieved by the Fund, whether on a relative or absolute basis. The Adviser understands that investment decisions made for the Fund by the Sub-Adviser are subject to various market, currency, economic, political, business and structure risks and that those investment decisions will not always be profitable.
