PARTICIPANT REPORT. The volunteer shall complete a participant report at the latest 30 days after the end of the activity period via an on-line questionnaire providing their feedback on factual and qualitative elements of the activity period, as well as of its preparation and follow-up. Until the volunteer submits the report, the organisation will not issue the certificate of participation.
