Participant Users and HSPs Clause Samples

The 'Participant Users and HSPs' clause defines the roles and responsibilities of individuals or entities who participate in a service or program, specifically distinguishing between general users and Health Service Providers (HSPs). It typically outlines the criteria for qualifying as a participant user or HSP, the permissions or access each group has, and any obligations or restrictions that apply to them. For example, participant users may be end-users of a healthcare platform, while HSPs are licensed professionals providing services through the platform. This clause ensures clarity in the relationship and expectations between different types of participants, helping to prevent misunderstandings and allocate responsibilities appropriately.
