Common use of Participants in the Process Clause in Contracts

Participants in the Process. The Arbitrator shall have the authority to establish the general procedure to be followed at the hearing of the matter. The employee shall have the benefit of representation by the Union. The decision of the Arbitrator under this procedure shall be final and binding on the parties and upon any employee(s) affected by the final decision of the Arbitrator.
