Participation in Quality Improvement Program. 2.14.2.1 Provider shall develop and implement a quality management plan in accordance with requirements outlined in the North Sound BH-ASO P&P or Provider’s accrediting entity. 2.14.2.2 Provider shall cooperate and participate in the North Sound BH-ASO Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement activities and Performance Improvement Projects (PIP) identified by North Sound BH- ASO and/or HCA. 2.14.2.3 The Provider shall review the components of the quality management plan at least annually. Such review will include submitting a report to North Sound BH-ASO on any Quality Assurance activity or changes to the quality management plan, except where the provider holds accreditation from the Joint Commission, Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities or Commission on Accreditation.
