PARTIES AND DATE. This Second Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is made and entered into this 18TH day of December, 2024by and between the CITY OF CORONA, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as "City") and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (hereinafter referred to as "Employee"), in order to provide in writing the terms and conditions of employment.
