Common use of Parties Defined Clause in Contracts

Parties Defined. The parties to this Agreement shall include the parties identified at the head of this Agreement, or any corporation or other entity into or with which any of them be incorporated, merged or consolidated, or any corporation or entity which shall succeed to or acquire all or substantially all of the business and/or assets of any of them, as the case may be.
