Passenger Disturbances. The Contractor shall instruct vehicle Operators to report nonpayment of fares; graffiti or other vandalism on the vehicles; pushing, shoving and other disturbing or dangerous conduct; and other serious passenger disturbances to the vehicle Operator's supervisor. The supervisor shall use good judgment in handling passenger disturbances issuing appropriate instructions to the Operator and requesting law enforcement assistance if necessary.

Passenger Disturbances.
