Safety and Emergency Procedures. A. The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining a safe job site at all time, until the Owner takes possession. The Contractor shall comply with all safety regulations, and for enforcing compliance with all safety regulations and procedures by all workers, sub-contractors and visitors on the site. B.
