OSHA REQUIREMENTS Clause Samples
The OSHA Requirements clause mandates that parties involved in a contract comply with all applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and standards. This typically means that employers or contractors must ensure safe working conditions, provide necessary safety equipment, and conduct required training for employees on job sites. By including this clause, the contract ensures that workplace safety is prioritized and legal compliance is maintained, thereby reducing the risk of accidents, injuries, and potential legal liabilities.
